Fise were holding a video contest for the most creative / impressive 1:50 minute BMX video. Declan Brooks called me up and said; do you want to enter this thing?'. I knew that the abandoned R.A.F was such a sick spot and was dying to film there again anyway. So that was the plan. Luckily the sun shone all day long (Despite it being Halloween in the uk) and Declan was Able to kill it.
After doing a BMX 'zine for ten years (1987 - 1996) FATBMX made it on the internet. The year was 1998. Here to stay.
