Simple Session BMX-champion: the 24-year-old Canadian won his first gold in Tallinn in 2010 and repeated the victory in 2011 and 2012. Last year he missed the event due to injury.Dan Paley GBR won Red Bull BMX Street Best Trick contest with 360 crooked grind to opposite 180. Second was Dillon Lloyd from Canada and his 5050 uprail to barspin icepick grind. Alex Kennedy GBR was third, earning his prize with a perfect smith up to nosebonk to nosewheelie down.
A special prize presented by Swedbank was awarded to the best Estonian rider Andres Lainevool (12th in BMX-finals). A total of 99 BMX riders and 77 skateboarders from 33 countries participated in the contests. BMX contest was judged by Bart de Jong NED, Paul de Jong NED, Niels Thanild DEN, Adam Grandmaison USA and Dave Cleworth GBR. Lifting the spirits of the riders and spectators were BMX announcers Zack "Catfish" Yankush and Darryl Nau.
Simple Session LIVE webcast was produced by Simple Session's team and streamed by Red Bull Media House. The full contest was available for streaming on Simple Session official site Session.ee and RedBull.com. The skateboarding and BMX finals were also aired on RedBull.tv. The whole contest is available to watch as video on demand replays on Session.ee website. Finals replays will also air on Fuel TV Europe in a month and highlight shows on the same channel later this year.
