Red Bull athlete Yohei "Ucchie" Uchino organized FLAT ARK which is BMX Flatalnd World Circuit Final in his hometown Kobe, October 26-27.
In This Contest, Yohei "Ucchie" Uchino not only walked away with the win after beating Matthias Dandois in the final battle, but he also became the year end champion for the 2013 BMX Flatland World Circuit.
