The Texas Toast event in Austin this past weekend looked like a true BMX event, the way BMX should be. Although not there myself in person, plenty of coverage made it on the web to get the feeling. When Antti told me he was skipping the Interbike show to go to Austin instead for Texas Toast I wasn't sure if that was the smartest move. Seeing everyone in Las Vegas is the best part of that show. But it looked like everyone was at Texas Toast too! And riding went on all weekend, something that has been missing in Vegas.

I asked Antti to take some pics at the event and he came through. He apologized because he was out riding more than he was present at the event, but the pics he sent give a good impression of what was going on. Thanks buddy. Although the pics came without any captions I tried my best to get some names with the pics. Correct me if I made any mistakes. Props to Taj and the ODSY crew for putting on a true BMX happening in the States. Might even be there in person next year.
