Whirlwind chronicles Scotty’s astronomical rise to notoriety, which gripped the BMX world’s attention, and his positive “anything is possible” mindset that has kept him moving forward against all odds, even in the face of an accident that left him paralyzed from the neck down.

One-hour BMX documentary video consisted of 16 chapters. In 2015, Daisuke Shiraishi who is the director moved from his home town Ehime to Tokyo. He started the creation of “CROSSOVER” based in Tokyo. This is the culmination of the five years of focusing on BMX riders with his camera all around the world from Japan, Asia, USA, Europe and various places. Starring Japanese domestic sponsored riders, creative riders, legendary riders from around the world and riders who have been hiding in the shadows.

Achieving pro status early in his career, Scotty’s emergence as a 16-year-old phenom from New Jersey gripped the attention of the BMX community. His innovative approach to both park and street riding had him stacking up medals, including three X Games Park wins, and a part for Vans’ Illustrated was a testament to his trick progression and versatility. His success on a bike also carried over to his efforts behind the camera as he began growing his YouTube channel,
Tight racing and good vibes at the UCI Pump Track World Champs Qualifier in Jössefors, SWE.
It was on the brand new track in Jössefors, Arvika, that the Swedish round of the Red Bull UCI Pump Track World Championship Qualifier race was decided last Sunday the 19th of September. 25 excited and eager racers battled it out for the prestigious win and the opportunity to go to the big final in Lisbon in October. It was a heater of a race with plenty of fast racers from an astonishing five different countries, pushing the level of riding through the roof - the final rounds of the competition so tight and intense it kept both racers and the crowd on their toes. In the end, it was Swedish BMX racer Oskar Kindblom and Latvian BMX racer Vineta Pētersone who kept it consistently pinned and grabbed the top step of the podium.
