Vans BMX Pro Cup, the world’s leading platform for elite BMX park terrain competition, commences its third Pro Tour season in Sydney, Australia this weekend, April 12-13. Ahead of the event, the series reveals the official confirmed rider invite list for the first 2019 Pro Tour stop. With more talent to emerge, the Sydney stop will see additional names added to the final roster this Friday, upon the results of the open men’s and women’s qualifier rounds.

People in their 40-s-50-s remember that time well as everyone has stories of bombing frontyards, breaking bike parts or winning their first trophy. The magazines were the bible, it was all you had and they were read over and over again. It was how we learnt English in fact with every word that we did not understand looked up in the dictionary. When you’re on a filming mission, riding a small spot with 30 people is a little bit of a rushy situation. Here we were riding a playground tranny spot and got kicked out by the cops. I remember Spriet going to the moon on that tranny.
