2006 Intense Team Issue BMX Bike

For 2006, Intense BMX launches its first complete line of bikes.  The first to be offered is the Team Issue kit. A Pro level bike can be yours strait from the factory, as the team bike is loaded with the best parts in BMX.

With the Team Issue kit, you can choose any of the Pro sized frames in any of the 5 colors that you want, to truly build up a custom bike. Frame sizes offered are Pro, Pro XL, Pro XXL, and Pro Cruiser. The Frame colors offered are red, blue, black, while and silver.

2006 UCI BMX WORLD CONTINENTAL RANKING

The UCI World Continental Ranking has already kicked off on the southern hemisphere with a few races already into the series. The UCI will introduce a new results and rankings website in December 2005, meanwhile to view last year’s ranking, please visit; http://www.uci.ch/uci/bmx/online/

In an effort to help build the local programs at BMX tracks nationwide, SE Bikes has done the unthinkable: We have donated an SE bike to a track in EVERY state in the USA. And we even sent some up to Canada too! That’s right; over 50 complete bikes are being sent out this week from our worldwide headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. Keep an eye on your UPS driver as he may be overstocked with SE bikes!

We have donated these bikes with the intention that they will be used as “loaner” bikes for new riders coming to the track for the first time. If these new riders put in their first few laps on a race-ready SE bike, then we’re sure that they’ll get hooked on BMX. We know that the beginners of today are the experts and pros of tomorrow.

The following tracks were chosen to receive an SE bike:

Team Avent / Bombshell made a large presence last week in Phoenix. We had perfect weather for racing. The track was super fast with the first turn was always packed.

Saturday we woke up to another beautiful Phoenix day. The AA Pros followed suit with three in the mains. Donny Robinson was focused all weekend pulling out a third for the day. Jason Richardson rode his F1 forks to a 5th place. Tyler Brown staying consistent with the odd numbers took a 7th home for the day. Cassie Bushnell battled against a stacked Pro girls class, but had to settle for eighth place. In Pro Cruiser Donny Robinson extended his lead for the ABA title with a commanding first place. Randy Stumpfhauser took 3rd on his F1s. Jason Rogers was not far behind with 5th place in Pro Cruiser. Kyomi Waller was on top of things with a 5th place in Vet Pro on his F1's

Jens Wittmann of Breakless clothing wanted to let everyone know that they've got some new stuff in for the upcoming cold months.

Yo went 2 Vegas again 4 another trade show, this time it was 4 Monster  Energy, myself & Wee-Man represented @ tha booth, check out tha banner Monster had @ tha booth & got 2 meet tha Harlem Globetrotters,  good times.

Yo dudes tha other day Eddie George from tha Tenn. Titans came 2 my ramp house 2 film his show, "Training Camp" I am N tha process of rebuildin' half of tha yard but tha other half is ridable right now.  So he brought a lucky winner 2 actually ride tha ramps as if he was N tha video game, "American Wasteland".  Cool stuff, B on tha lookout 4 tha show on G4 Network sumtime N December/January 2006, I will let U know 4shore tha air date when I know it.

Another update cause I don't sleep & I like it that way, Hosted Kicker Audio's Big Air Bash N Vegas, signed autographs 4 Toyo Tires with my homie Wee-Man & got  C old friends.

Justin Holt out of North Carolina, USA is doing a jam upcoming at a local indoor park and wanted to let us know some details.  Justin's hopes are to raise enough money to build a street spine at the park.

 The jam is Saturday December 17th at the Creation Skatepark (www.creationskatepark) at 702 Cinema Court in Kernersville NC (which is between Winston-Salem and Greensboro) from 5pm-10pm.

It will be $5 to get in and you can ride as much as you want. There will be an informal high-air,  high bunnyhop and best trick contest  for prizes throughout the night. It will be a good time.

South African Fraser Byrne of STF Media has taken on some side projects to film different stuff than BMX. He shot the Gumball boat trip in France, the mini bike race at the British GP that Jeff Emig won and is on his way to Eastern Europe in a Lada to find some more treats. Maybe he can swing by the Simpel session in Tallinn on the weekend of 6-8 January. Fraser sent us the following taster of his new elusive project:
