A lot of work was put into this jam by the locals. The Flame Trails looked a lot different just two weeks prior to the event date. Long hours were made but the big group of dedicated locals got the job done. With a lot of kids living in the neighborhood, the pump track was used a lot during the day. The little older kids even used the starting hill and tables to get back through the new section. A little bigger 6-pack was used by the more advanced riders of the day. If you jumped this set, you probably also jumped the car towards the end of the session. A Volkswagon Polo was borrowed from the junkyard to make the jump look a little more spectacular for the crowd. The long run-up on the street was used to clear the distance and towards the end some tricks came out of the bag as well. Pretty much everyone went home with a goodie of some sort. The riders in the under 13 class had the course for themselves for 30 minutes and the winners picked prizes donated by Nike 6.0, Paul's Boutique, Snafu, Deluxe, Mirraco and some internet
