Back in September we held the annual Rad Pat Jam again in memory of our good friend Patrick Burrell who unfortunately died back in 2007. This video didnt take long who edit but has taken me the best part of four months to get online so i apologise in advance for that.
The Jam like other years was supposed to be solely street, but the police who have nothing better to do than hassle people on BMX's coming together and having a good time made sure it wasn't to be. So at the last minute we had to hold it at Paignton skatepark instead. We had a two vans full of ramps and grinders that we added to the park and also installed our own flat rail. You can take the UFD out of the street but you cant take the street out of UFD.
Filmed mainly by Darren 'Dolphin' Tottman with additional filming from Callum Earnshaw.
Edited by Callum Earnshaw
Filmed on Canon HV40 with Century Optics fisheye and edited on fcp.
Song is 'My Name Is' by Eminem.
Pete Sawyer won best trick on the qp with a huge truck fakie.
Josh Webber 'Punkus' won high air on the qp.
Jamie Skinner won high hop.
Jazz Jerret won the flat rail jam with a backwards krook I believe.
and the main prize went to Punkus for shredding hard all day.
thanks to everyone who helped out organising the jam and thanks to everyone who sponsored and supplied prizes for the Jam.
RIP RAD PAT
