History is once again made. The 'USA BMX Grand Nationals #GreatestRaceonEarth' sets a new record in the history books with 4,548 entries, from 46 states, 14 countries, an amazing 747 motos. Making it the biggest race on the planet! Joris Daudet, Sam Willoughby and American Connor Fields were locked in a three-way battle heading into the USA BMX title but Daudet delivered when it counted, with Willoughby finishing second and Fields third. Aussie Rio Olympic hopefuls Anthony Dean and Bodi Turner also made it into the main event finishing 4th and 6th respectively.
In the Pro Women’s race, American Olympian Alise Post claimed the title after winning two of the three main event finals, while Buchanan won one of the 3 finals the overall points tally placed her on the podium in second, Australian Lauren Reynolds was third in what was a great day for the Aussies.

Which race in 2015 turned out better than you could have hoped for?
Trent Jones: USA BMX Midwest Pro National Rockford. Originally wasn't a fan of the uphill dog leg first straight and to add to that we had major thunder storm delays all day. But despite all that managed to score a 2nd and my first Pro podium.
What was your best race result in 2015?
Trent Jones: Sweden World Cup. Even though my entire left hand side of my body was grazed when I left that track, I Finally cracked my supercross semi streak and put myself in my first World Cup final.

Did your 2015 season go as you planned it at the beginning of the year?
Answer: Well, it went so much better than I planned. Was hoping to make a World Cup final and ended up winning one!
What was your most rewarding result (personally) in 2015?
Answer: Winning the World Champs was definitely my biggest result of the season. But maybe winning Papendal meant even more to me because it was always a dream for me to make a world cup final, I made the final, and completely surprised myself by taking the win.
