Ursprünglich auch aus Nürnberg, ist der Kopf der Cancelled Crew inzwischen in Hannover und zurzeit in Berlin ansässig, wo auch fast alle Clips entstanden. Der 24-Jährige ist ein Perfektionist, legt großen Wert auf die Art und Weise wie seine Tricks gefilmt sind, und wie clean er sie landet. Denn selbst wenn er erst stoked darüber ist, etwas gelandet zu haben, wird ihm der Clip irgendwann nicht mehr taugen. Trotzdem schreckt er nicht vor Banger-Spots zurück. Dass der werdende Fotojournalist ein gutes Auge für Ästhetik hat und dies in seinen Videos auch einbringt, ist unschwer zu erkennen. Diesen Part sollte man nicht verpassen. Viel Spaß damit!

Im Februar 2018 bot sich uns die Möglichkeit, beim SIBMX-Teamtrip nach Teneriffa dabei zu sein und so dem deutschen Winter wenigsten für ein paar Tage ein Schnippchen zu schlagen. Mit einer Wahnsinnsvilla direkt am Wasser und drei Mietwagen ausgestattet, machten wir uns daran, einige der besten Spots der Insel abzuklappern, während daheim noch Minusgrade herrschten. Das Radfahren allein war schon ziemlich episch, aber auch darüber hinaus hatten wir jede Menge Spaß. Neben reichlich BMX-Action waren nämlich unter anderem stundenlanges Billardspielen, Sekt trinken im Jacuzzi, nächtliche Tattoosessions und Kochmissionen auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau an der Tagesordnung. Am Ende waren sich alle einig: Der SIBMX-Trip nach Teneriffa war einfach nur geisterkranka!

Head Sport, the Austrian firm best known for its skis and tennis rackets, has acquired Advanced Sports Enterprises (ASE), the parent of Performance Bicycle and cycling brands including Fuji, SE Bikes, Kestrel, and Breezer, for $21.5 million at a bankruptcy auction. Advanced Sport Enterprises, parent to BMX brand SE Bikes, as well as other marquee brands in the cycling industry, such as Fuji and Kestral, filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection on November 16. The company was heavily invested in retail, via its Performance Bicycle shops, which operated in 19 states, with over 100 locations. The retail bicycle business is definitely not what it used to be– and that, coupled with being admittedly undercapitalized, led to the circumstances that precipitated the filing.
