Flordeah’s Swampfest is one of the wildest BMX events in the world. I went to Florida to capture the craziness of it all and met my Swamp family along the way.
Break out the popcorn—20 minutes worth of 2022 Swampfest madness is hitting your screen. The best jam/shitshow in BMX went down in Wildwood, Florida, and despite a day of downpours, nothing held back the 48 hours of riding and raging. No words can do Swampfest justice; you have to live it to truly understand. Hopefully this glimpse into the weekend will help, though. Huge shout-out to Trey Jones and the crew for putting on yet another one for the books.
The GT Airshow (and unplanned firework show) was an all-out indoor frenzy! After the weather dumped rain on everything the ramps were moved indoors and Swampfest continued! Hit play and watch how the final jam of the event went down…
It was an extra swampy day one at Swampfest due to a major storm that rolled through…The show must go on though! Trey and the crew got to work moving ramps into the covered area before the next storm rolls through. Hit play and see how day one went down over at Swampfest.
In this episode of Wook Fools 4: We start off waking up camping from the wild night before (watch previous episode) then we make some breakfast before starting to ride and watch the event unfold. This is the craziest bmx event in the world right now, all the ramps are sketchy and it makes everything so much more fun, and at the end of the event they burn all the ramps, Its kinda like the Burning Man of BMX.
Florideah Swampfest is one of kind, from the ramps to the riders involved. You won’t see anything like this event anywhere else. The event is jam-packed with insane pallet obstacles (literally insane), mud pits, Trails, uniquely fabricated rails, live music, huge jumps, and most importantly tons of BMX. If you want to get a feel for what it's like to be on the sidelines, hit play…THIS IS SWAMPFEST.
View Swampfest as if you were there, while getting convinced to come to the next one on April 2, 2022.
