We’ve been fans and friends of Renato Rancso for years, but his official welcome to the LUXBMX team. After moving to Australia late 2024, Renato clicked with the crew immediately—so well, in fact, that you’ll now find him working right here in the shop.
Watch Renato battle it out for every single clip we used (and more) for his Still Having Fun video part.
After getting freshly minted on the Colony squad, Renato Rancso had roughly six months to turn around his full-section for Still Having Fun. Which, he as you’ll see, he handled with aplomb. And yes, he has some wild backward manual combos in store for you…
Nine minutes of fresh footage from David McKean and the Edinburgh, Scotland scene. Filmed, on and off, over the course of the last year, featuring Edinburgh locals; Balazs Morvay, Marton Varga, Lewis Rogers & David McKean along with Aberdeen's Ross Dunbar and Australia expat Renato Rancso. Filmed mostly in Scotland, with a few bonus Tenerife clips for good measure. There's some serious talent in this crew!
We've been friends and fans of Renato Rancso for years now, but this welcome video for LUXBMX has to be his best footage to date. Hungarian born, and then transplanted to Scotland, Renato then made the move recently out to Australia, where he has continued to progress at a crazy rate. Outrageous levels of tech!
After building the crazy rail and ledge setup in store for the King of BNE x Cash Up jam, we thought it would be a damn shame to get rid of it fully!
We all know Renato is a straight savage on a bike and he got straight to work when it came to working on a "Welcome" video. Whilst he was back in Edinburgh for a couple of months he spent some time with Dave and collected some mind melting clips for our viewing pleasure.
Jacob Campbell and the rest of the scene in Edinburgh, Scotland have been plugging away at this over the past few years and it's such a good watch. 'UP!' features a heavy squad of talented riders including: Lewis Rogers, Renato Rancso, David McKean, Hector Spencer-Wood, Jensen Murray, Marton Varga, and Rory McLean - you already know this is worth a look.
So hyped to have Wethepeople's ultra-tech gangsta back on our screens! Renato Ransco returns with another stack of head-scratchers, including some of his signature backwards manual superpowers, and also a load of stuff that we've not seen from him before. The progression never stops with this guy.
Renato Rancso, Michael Dickson, Rory McLean and more...
After doing a BMX 'zine for ten years (1987 - 1996) FATBMX made it on the internet. The year was 1998. Here to stay.
