It was the night before Christmas and all the boys gathered round the 2 foot tall tree and a pile of unexpected presents on the ground! Miki Fleck (United / etnies), Hobie Doan (Kink / Goods BMX / etnies), Jaume Sintes, Tony Malouf, Forrest Hawk, myself and a few others enjoyed a very different vibe for the holiday while we all converged under one roof in Long Beach, California!

Is it really a holiday if you didn’t bike with Hoder and Hobie? Following our loose tradition of riding with these dudes on holidays, we met up with Hoder and Hobie (plus Begin) for a New Years Day session. With a lineup like that, you know they kicked the year off right. Roll up 2021.

After big plans for filming a full length video, the Villa Road troops soon realised that 2020 had an ace up its sleeve, and none of them would be travelling. When you've got such a wild set of trails right at home though, it was always going to be a good year, despite the lack of new sights and experiences. This is 2020, via Villa Road - and damn did it look like a hoot.
