The Chase Edge has been one of the most sought after completes in BMX racing for the past few years. We don’t settle for good enough at Chase, so we decided to make our top selling bike even better. For 2019, we started out with the heart of the Edge, the frame, where we upgraded it with a new Triple butted Premium Ultralight Alloy Hydroformed tubed frame on the entire size range. We also changed the head tube, adding to the list of upgrades on the Frame.
The Edge has some of the best parts on a complete BMX race bike, including a new Chase rear cassette hub, a Tioga Tires, Tektro brake set, Insight chainring, grips, chain tensioners, KMC Chain, and a Pivotal seat / seat post, all help round out the Edge to make it one of the most dialed in complete bikes in BMX. The Chase Edge is offered in 8 different sizes, giving you the perfect size bike for just about any BMX racers needs.
USA Cycling announced today the addition of seven athletes to the 2018 USA Cycling National Team across multiple disciplines: Brooke Crain (Visalia, Calif.) in BMX Supercross; Luca Shaw (Hendersonville, N.C.) and Dakotah Norton (Davidson, Mich.) in Mountain Bike; and Katie Hall (Saratoga, Calif.), Alexis Ryan (Ventura, Calif.), Jonny Brown (Covington, Tenn.), and Taylor Phinney (Boulder, Colo.) in Road. Each rider joins the team based on top results this year that meet the objective performance-based criteria. “We are excited to be able to extend the benefits of the USA Cycling National Team to additional riders. Having more athletes qualify for support by meeting the challenging objective standards means that our depth as a nation is increasing,” said Scott Schnitzspahn Vice President of Elite Athletics for USA Cycling.

The Chase BMX Pros, Connor Fields and Joris Daudet both headed to Stop #8 for the Elite riders of the 2018 season for race round 15 & 16 for the Pro Series tour. Joris Daudet has wanted to regain his USA BMX #1 Pro title ever since the last main event at the 2017 Grands, where Connor took the plate and title away. Sine then, Joris has been determined to return to the top and again this weekend, his quest for the title is on track. Joris was on fire in Minneapolis, as he out raced every Elite rider at the Land O' Lakes nationals on his was to 2 victories, making it a perfect weekend! Joris adds to his points lead for the title chase in 2018!
Connor Fields made his return to the USA BMX tour since stop #2, where a crash had kept him sidelined
