Tempered Bikes have been developing some great looking parts recently and Mike was lucky enough to come and build up a new bike with their newest offering.

The tallest bars in BMX, the Mad Max bars have been a part of our line since 2008 to cater to Max Gaertig’s powerful style with a towering (at the time) 8.7″ rise. The Mad Max bars now feature a rise of 11” and 10.2” making them simply the biggest bars out there.

It might have been delayed by a year, but Tokyo 2020 was worth the wait for Swiss Freestyle BMX star Nikita Ducarroz who took a stunning bronze medal. She followed that up by taking the European Championship title in Moscow in November and now finishes the year with RASOULUTION, her new management. Signing with the Munich based sports marketing agency, which has a long history in managing cyclists, was a logical step for North Carolina based Nikita, who has followed the agency and its riders for some time.

About joining the agency, Nikita said: “I’m so stoked to join RASOULUTION for 2022 and beyond! I’ve been following them for many years so it’s very exciting that this amazing crew now has my back.

The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) today announces the calendar for the 2022 UCI BMX Racing World Cup. The 2022 UCI BMX Racing World Cup will get under way on the weekend of 28 and 29 May with two rounds organised in Glasgow, Scotland (Great Britain). They will provide a foretaste of the 2023 UCI Worlds for the discipline, which will take place at the same venue as part of the first ever UCI Cycling World Championships, an event that will bring together the UCI World Championships for cycling’s different disciplines.

After organising the 2021 UCI BMX Racing World Championships in Papendal, the Netherlands will again welcome the world’s best BMX Racing athletes, this time for the third and fourth rounds of the UCI World Cup.
