We are extremely excited to let you know the future of action sports is here at Woodward Tahoe. The Woodward building “aka The Bunker” is getting close to completion. Master Builder Nate Wessel is currently on-site designing the interior, building ramps and seeing his vision come to life. The snowmaking crew at Boreal has been stacking snow to ensure we have the perfect glacier for summer camp. The new Woodward Tahoe website has launched, and camper sign-ups are already coming in. And, lastly the action sports community is taking notice of the happenings at Boreal and big pros are beginning to sign-on to be a part of Woodward Tahoe’s inaugural season. Keep up with the action @

Santa Pod unleashes Xfest! Excess All Areas! New event in the UK. Includes Dirt, Street & Park.

Santa Pod Raceway in the UK is normally the home of Europe’s fastest drag bikes and cars. But for the May Bank holiday weekend this year, the inaugural ‘Xfest’ event will put it firmly on the BMX calendar, too. Between the 5th and 7th of May 2012, Santa Pod has gathered some of the best riders from across Europe to compete across Dirt, Park and Street courses. With some great names already signed up and Anthony Ramsey and Ben Joyce from Extreme Sports Events behind the scene, it will very much be a rider-focussed event, with all the trimmings of this world-famous festival venue.The line-up of contests includes:

- Lords of Dirt - Round 1 Patrick Guimez and Marcus Hampl are designing and building the course in the usual Lords of Dirt Style. HUGE!!.. that’s all that needs to be said...

BMX and fashion aren't normally used in the same sentence, but back in early 2011 Nigel Sylvester introduced Mirraco to fashion and accessory designers Dee & Ricky with the idea of collaborating to create a BMX bike that ignored the current style of bike graphics and instead, took a fresh approach. Dee & Ricky had previously collaborated on an accessories line that incorporated a favorite childhood toy, Legos.
After doing a BMX 'zine for ten years (1987 - 1996) FATBMX made it on the internet. The year was 1998. Here to stay.
