BMX and Nitro Circus Live stars James Foster and Jed Mildon square off to see who will be the first person to successfully land a quadruple backflip on a BMX bike, in Revolution Day: The Chase for the Biggest Trick in Action Sports History, Sunday, July 12, at 4:30 p.m. ET on NBC. The 90-minute special will chronicle the athletes’ nine-month journey as they individually trained, practiced and ultimately battled to become the world’s first athlete to complete the landmark trick.
The second edition of BMX Street Rink went down on June 27, 2015 in the Olympic Ice Stadium in Munich, Germany and was most definitely one of this year's contest highlights. All the riders proved why they are some of the world's best by showing an unbelievable trick level. In the end it was Dennis Enarson who took the win! Garrett Reynolds made the second place. Chad Kerley came in third and also won the best trick award with a bars to manual to smith to nose manual to bars combo.
After 4 incredible and positive events, we are sorry to inform everyone that this year’s Texas Toast Jam has been called off. A few variables beyond our control lead us to this decision, but the bottom line is that we simply could not gather the level of sponsorship support that is required for doing the event properly. Toast is a casual jam and might appear rough around the edges, but in reality it is a lot of work, and it also takes a lot of money to make it happen. We have to pay a legit staff of builders, buy and rent equipment, offer prize money, make sure the judges have pens and cover a million other details in order to keep this international event rolling smoothly.
