This past Sunday, 60 riders competed for the 12 spots to join the 19 invited pros for the Vans BMX Pro Cup Series. Local Aussies came to rip up the course, and Boyd Hilder took the win. Check out the highlights!
Troy Lee first came into the BMX market by doing custom painted helmets. Although not cheap, all designs were superb and your helmet stood out from all others. The only thing you needed to do was not crash and scratch up the bucket. But the early nineties are far behind us. TLD moved into the helmet business using their own paint designs, started doing racing gear, safety gear, bags and clothing.

Monster Energy congratulates Kyle Baldock on being crowned the overall champion of the inaugural three-stop Toyota BMX Triple Challenge. A scaled-down event that’s sole focus is to progress the level of tricks possible, the Toyota BMX Triple Challenge brought the best riders in the world to compete in a two jump, winner takes all huckfest. With a first place win in Anaheim, CA and a second place in Glendale, AZ, Baldock came to the third and final event in Atlanta with an 11-point lead. But, with the unique format of the event that gives points to the Best Trick event winner, the overall championship was really open for several heavy hitters to include Brandon Loupos, Nick Bruce, and Logan Martin to take the win.
The BMX Indoor in Caen, France doesn't only have a race going on. Dirt jump demos were part of the show as well as the first round of the French BMX Flatland Cup. The results of the Open Class in flatland just came in and Matthias Dandois won the first round. More rounds to go with five classes at every stop.
