A quick look at the craziest tricks that went down at FISE: Hiroshima featuring Kevin Peraza, Kenneth Tencio, Jake Wallwork, Justin Dowell, Daniel Dhers, Rim Nakamura, Marin Rantes, Daniel Wedemeijer, and more!
Riders were pushing themselves to their absolute limits and showcasing their best tricks to the huge crowd! Over 86,000 people attended the 3 day event. 8 women representing 6 different nations made it to the UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup Women’s final and what a final it was. The women were split into 2 groups of 4 and had 2 runs each to throw down their best tricks. The standard was super high and all the women shredded the whole course with style. Angie Marino’s impressive run looked set to get her the top spot on the podium but she was denied the win by fellow American Hannah Roberts. Hannah landed everything she attempted and covered the whole course throwing tricks until the very last second.

After a massive battle between riders in the semi-final the stage was set for an awesome Men’s UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup. The leader from qualifying Alex Colborn one of the competitions most technical riders, usually an expert in lip tricks missed one of his signature tricks and ended up in 6th place. Australian rider Brandon Loupos scored a massive 92.10 points making it extremely difficult for anyone to knock him off the top spot. Kenneth Tencio had the crowd holding their breath as he did his
We’re delighted to be landing in Japan just in time to catch the cherry blossom season. Hiroshima looks magical and the historic location of the event makes this FISE stop feel extra special. We kicked off with the Women’s UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup Semi Final. Riders have 2 runs of 60 seconds to wow the judges but it's only the best run that counts. With BMX Freestyle Park being added as a competition in 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, riders are trying to push forward and progress their sport more than ever and some of the riding was insane. The line-up for the women’s event was amazing with riders representing from all over the world, but no one could stop last year’s winner 16-year-old Hannah Roberts taking first place. Be sure to tune in tomorrow at 11.10 to see if anyone can stop Hannah adding another gold medal to her growing collection.

Due to yesterdays weather preventing qualification, today was a massive semi-final for the Men’s UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup with almost 90 riders trying to take one of the 12 places in the final tomorrow. The Freestyle Park for this stop is not a conventional FISE park as it has no box jump
