Als Johannes Winkelmann Anfang März nach Barcelona geflogen ist, wollte er eigentlich “nur” einen Monat lang bleiben. Aber nachdem der Gewinner der Amateurklasse auf der Stuttpark Session seinen morgendlichen Rückflug wegen einer aus dem Ruder gelaufenen Abschiedsparty am Vorabend verpasst hatte, hat er einfach noch eine Woche drangehangen. Hier ist das Video von seinem Aufenthalt, das sowohl trick- als auch produktionstechnisch auf der ganzen Linie zu überzeugen weiß.

LIGHT at DEEP SPACE 8K. Since two years the Ars Electronica Center in Linz, Austria, is organizing the event "Bike Visions". People from different directions of bike riding talk about their passion and projects and show photography and films in the cinema of the museum.
The cinema there, named DeepSpace 8k, is way more than a cinema. It's huge! So it's always an amazing thing that BMX is part of this event.
"2017 was the second time that I got invited to present BMX Flatland. This year I decided to play Heresy's LIGHT. It looked amazing on this 10x9 meters screen.
Just as WETHEPEOPLE dropped their third full-length video ' Foundation' in February they didn't waste any time in getting another project underway. Endstate is 15 minutes long and features full sections from Felix Prangenberg, Ed Zunda and Jordan Godwin as well as mini parts from Dan Kruk and new kid Jesse Romano all filmed in California.
