2018 Bryce Tryon is hungry. The Lodi, California local has been loading up his arsenal of tricks and is ready for the new season. The homeschooled BMX rider is focusing on new combos, new heights and never been done before tricks. Watch as Bryce shreds his new personal skatepark The Snakepit and Woodward West. Bring it on 2018!
Trails generally don't get any better if you don't maintain them. But during the winter months it's hard to ride because of the weather. The Flame Trails are in need of a post winter fix-up and we've picked a date for a jam meaning we'll have to get off our asses to get the dirt place up and running again. And it's coming up quick! Saturday 24 March we'll get together and ride. Nothing more, nothing less. You know the Flame Trails will be up and running and it's simply time to get dirty.
With something there for everyone to ride there's no excuse not to make the trip. It starts at 13:00hr so you can even sleep in. With no particular schedule planned other than ride the pump-track / dirt jumps you won't be stressing out. Street riders, BMX racers, Park rats and Dirt riders, we want to see everyone there. Helmond-Brandevoort train station is a 5 minute pedal away and for those planning on riding 040BMXPARK at night, it's a 15 minute drive to Eindhoven. In short, it's time to plan a BMX trip with the crew.
For those wanting to help dig, you're welcome. Between now and 24 March it's go-time. The more that gets built, the more there will be to ride at the Flame Trails Jam. With light, water, shovels, and music present, fixing up the trails can even become a good time. Dig in.

While over in Phoenix for the Winter Nationals High-Low got a chance to catch up and record a quick Podcast with 3 x ABA Number 1 Pro, Bubba Harris. Bubba tells what he's been up to, family life, teaching camps and talks about some of the highlights of his career.
High-Low touches on him pulling a back flip right after winning the 2005 World's in Paris, missing out on racing the Olympics and so much more.

Common ground bike shop has announced that 2018 we are opening a indoor bike park in Huntington Beach and the doors open April. Right now I'm looking at heaps of different obstacles at skateparks and looking for the fastest lines. In charge of ramp design. They say "Everything's bigger in Texas" and the third and final stop of the BMX Triple Challenge was no exception. The final stop of the three hit series featured the biggest jumps, the biggest tricks and the biggest crashes. Despite wind and bad weather the Monster Army team pulled it together and had a blast riding the final stop. Watch all of the madness here!
After pulling off one of the most raw and wildest jams ever last year, Trey Jones re-booted and the follow-up 2018 Swampfest became a reality once more. If you weren’t fortunate enough to attend one of the Ghetto Street comps in the early 2000’s, the Swampfest is basically this decade’s version, with some Florida flavor. Here’s a 14-minute glimpse into the non-stop antics that went down all weekend long. Shout-out to Ryan Herbach, Dave McDermott, Cody Diggs and the whole crew for helping put on an awesome event, and especially Trey for all his hard work and effort to give everyone a weekend they won’t forget.
