A packed line up of sports awaits us at the final stop of the 2019 series, along with a stellar line up of the world's best action sports stars. With competitions in BMX Flatland, BMX Dirt and BMX Freestyle Park as well as Skateboard Street, Scooter Freestyle and Roller Freestyle, FISE Chengdu really has it all. On top of an amazing line up to look forward to we will also be crowning champions in several world cups, including the UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup, UCI BMX Flatland World Cup and the WS Roller Freestyle Park World Cup. Last year's final stop was full of drama and this year's event looks set to be even more intense with mere points separating a lot of the riders.
Rounds 9 and 10 at Santiago del Estero were the last two rounds of the 2019 UCI BMX SX World Cup. The long journey, for most, had to be made in order to end the World Cup season in a good way. Lots of ranking changes happened after the two rounds in Argentina so if you were not there, you most likely dropped a few places in the 2019 standings.
Missing the races in Santiago del Estero were a.o. Joris Daudet (FRA), Judy Baauw (NED) and Alise Willoughby (USA). The three riders were sitting in the top 3 before the last two rounds but injuries, family matters and not feeling 100% fit for the race had the athletes sit out on this one waiting to see where they would end up in the 2019 World Cup series.
