With BMX getting so technical and difficult in recent years, it's become common for riders to only ride and focus on one discipline. While this does benefit the progression of the sport in many ways, it also prevents riders from experiencing so much BMX has to offer.
Being someone who loves riding a multitude of things , I wanted to give my argument for riding everything and why doing so is beneficial to any rider.

The Dutch BMX scene got together on Friday night during the Moora Cup awards at the Skate Café in Amsterdam. The place was going to be opened the next day so having the wild BMX bunch in there the night before was a bit risky. But everyone behaved the best they could (ahum) and most of the nominated riders were present. BMX was celebrated and having everyone in one place together should happen more often because good times were had. And the winners are.....

How big was your struggle even making it to the Olympics?
Nic: The struggle is always going to be as hard as you make it.. I worked hard all year, and Kurt had my program spot on. I was prepared for everything.
When you think old school BMX and you have the colours yellow and blue, what brand do you think of? Correct! Diamondback. Maybe not exactly but when you peek inside you will see one. It doesn't make sense really but it's Friday so this is about the girl in front of it, and not the bike. Almost weekend people! 18+
