In an effort to help build the local programs at BMX tracks nationwide, SE Bikes has done the unthinkable: We have donated an SE bike to a track in EVERY state in the USA. And we even sent some up to Canada too! That’s right; over 50 complete bikes are being sent out this week from our worldwide headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. Keep an eye on your UPS driver as he may be overstocked with SE bikes!

We have donated these bikes with the intention that they will be used as “loaner” bikes for new riders coming to the track for the first time. If these new riders put in their first few laps on a race-ready SE bike, then we’re sure that they’ll get hooked on BMX. We know that the beginners of today are the experts and pros of tomorrow.

2006 UCI BMX WORLD CONTINENTAL RANKING

The UCI World Continental Ranking has already kicked off on the southern hemisphere with a few races already into the series. The UCI will introduce a new results and rankings website in December 2005, meanwhile to view last year’s ranking, please visit; http://www.uci.ch/uci/bmx/online/

Jens Wittmann of Breakless clothing wanted to let everyone know that they've got some new stuff in for the upcoming cold months.

Justin Holt out of North Carolina, USA is doing a jam upcoming at a local indoor park and wanted to let us know some details.  Justin's hopes are to raise enough money to build a street spine at the park.

 The jam is Saturday December 17th at the Creation Skatepark (www.creationskatepark) at 702 Cinema Court in Kernersville NC (which is between Winston-Salem and Greensboro) from 5pm-10pm.

It will be $5 to get in and you can ride as much as you want. There will be an informal high-air,  high bunnyhop and best trick contest  for prizes throughout the night. It will be a good time.

South African Fraser Byrne of STF Media has taken on some side projects to film different stuff than BMX. He shot the Gumball boat trip in France, the mini bike race at the British GP that Jeff Emig won and is on his way to Eastern Europe in a Lada to find some more treats. Maybe he can swing by the Simpel session in Tallinn on the weekend of 6-8 January. Fraser sent us the following taster of his new elusive project:

This upcoming weekend, the ABA Grand Nationals will take place and some of the most anticipated and exciting racing action will take place on the track. VSI Products is proud to announce a contest that will be just as exciting as the race action.
