We are proud to say we have an all new team for '06. In the beginning of the year we snatched up John Heaton (formally of Macneil Bikes), Nate Moroshan (of FIT Bikes) and now Ryan Biz Jordan. Ryan once rode for us in the late '90s and left us for Schwinn bicycles. Biz later went on to ride for Fly Bikes for a number of years. Things didn't work out with Fly and is now back with his original family at Volume. We're glad to have Biz back on the team and have already began designing his signature frame that should be due out by Christmas '06.

After the big success of the first Battle in da Club which took place in Stuttgart (club Zapata), Flo Sailer and crew are proud to present the second round!

It´s the beginning of the first tour in the German Flatland history. All German and Austrian riders - who are invited or voted to come to the battles - are part of the new BidC-ranking-system. We`ll always have 18 German participants and 6 international riders. In 2006 the BidC-tour will rule 3 German cities. Next stop is Munich on March 11^th  2006  (club Feierwerk).

Flo Sailer: “Our intention is to establish this tour and organize 6 battles per year. The Club-concept allows us to present Flatland to a different audience and show it on its best behaviour. German riders should get the chance to assert themselves as pro´s. Furthermore they should have the comparison with the international world class. Currently we have 1000€ price money at each battle. We hope to get bigger support in the future to boost the price money and support the riders as much as possible.”

The 2006 Psykopath rosters have now been released and are as follows. Be on the look out for both pro and amateur riders at local and large races throughout the season. NBL, ABA, and UCI races will all be covered.

- After being dropped by KGB, Alex Jumelin was looking for a ride. He found one at KHE. Alex will be getting a signature model but at the upcoming Braun Circle Cow in France, Alex will ride Bram Verhallen's RIP frame.

- KHE builds up a Limited Edition Team! Riders get their own limited edition series frames - just like they want it to be! The frames will be available in selected shops / distributors! [url=//fatbmx.com/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1181]Bram Verhallen[/url] (18) has been supported by KHE for about one year now and finally he has received his RIP signature frame! Clean, no pivots, with 1-1/8” integrated headset, a special geometry and a RIP special painting. Justin Miller (BMX Masters 2005 winner) also joined the KHE Limited Edition crew! His own frame “Militant” is in development now.

We're talking about Superstar, the French BMX company here and not Ice Money...... Here's some info brought to you by Med:
- Superstar : Dominic Biro (USA team rider) is as good on his bike as in front of a CNC machine. He made and ride an interesting front hub that we may produce in the future. Note : Dominic is good in tech/mech : he is into drag racing car and prepare his car and engine by himself.
- Superstar : in UK, Guy Terry will be more than a Superstar rider. From now, he is the link between Superstar, Padded Cell (UK distributor) and the riders.
- Superstar : Tom Blyth is the first newly added rider in the UK team. You'll hear from Tom very soon.

The French wethepeople team is now bigger. Frenchy's, who are distributing wethepeople in France, added street rider Luc LEGRAND to the team.

The WTP french team is now composed of 3 riders:
Damien CROCE (park rider)
Lilian CONRY (dirt rider)
Luc LEGRAND (street rider)

In the works is a little friendly tour around the South of France with the international team.

- St-Martin : Simon O'Brien joined the team. We are now talking with him to design his signature frame and signature handlebar.
- St-Martin : beside Simon's frame, we are also working on 2 other prototype frames.
- St-Martin : our distributor in Hungary (Görb-X / Harlee) added László Elek to their team. László is known as the best style rider in Hungary. Up to now, he never went out Hungary. 2006 will be his first European year.
- St-Martin : Chris Böhm (Germany) won the Last Session 2005 contest. He'll be at the Circle Cow contest in France, mid February.
- St-Martin : Available in april 2006 : 7075 pegs, 38 mm O.D., 115 grams each.
- St-Martin : Our distributor in Japan (Dirty Bike) added Miura Hirokazu to their flatland team. Nishikawa "Taka" Takahiro and Misawa Shintaro were already in the team in 2005.

The Canadian Freestyle Organiztion (CFO) Presents the "Flatland's Unlimited" Contest Series Round 1 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The first event of this new series will be held during the Toronto International Bicycle Show from Friday March 3-5, 2006.
