Ams pay 25 bucks to enter and they can win some great prizes from some of the sponsors of the event. They've actually lined up a whole posse of good companies to support the Ramp Rats contest such as 2-hIP, 661, Props, FIT, Animal, System, BlackOut, S&M and Kink.
Pros pay 50 bucks to enter and there's 100% payback so the more pros that enter, the bigger the purse without the organizer putting dough in their own pockets.

The Hypnoz park in the South of France is re-opening on 1 April. If you are living close to the amazing park and you're going to skip the mini-FAT-JAM because of it, you have our permission. Everyone else should make it to Aarle-Rixtel, NL for the mini-FAT-JAM on 1 April 2006. Anyway, back to the topic. We spent some time down in Carmaux last year and had a great time. Next to the concrete park and a bunch of ramps, the place offers a sort of youth hostel next to the park. It also has a variety of other sports that you can try out such as wakeboarding, basketball, downhill go-carts, horseback riding and they can throw you down the hill inside a huge plastic ball (it's sick dude!). I've been up for long time now drinking coffee, chewing gum and listening to The Big Boys 'Lullabies help the brain grow' LP for inspiration (R.I.P. Randy Biscuit Turner). So finally after 15+ months of pure neglect I have got around to updating/redesigning my site ...If someone treated their kids like I treat my website social services would have taken them away by now! In the meantime I'd like to thank 'you' for checking it out (if you decide to!), Thomas Fritscher for kicking my ass in gear and doing a stellar job helping to redesign/programme my site, a big thank's to Ed Docherty for letting me use his excellent camera illustrations as well as everyone else who is a decent human being ...even if it's not hip this year. Enjoy the photos! I'm off to bed...

Anyway, bring your friends and show them the legendary Sugar Hills, the venue of the FAT-JAM, the place ridden by Mat Hoffman, Jay Miron, Todd Lyons, Chase Gouin, Dave Clymer, Ian Morris, Stuart King, James Shephard, Leigh Ramsdell, Day Smith and all the party people from Cologne in the past. Don't expect much of the trails so bring some booze because we'll have some tunes. That parasol you're bringing will get you some friends in case it does rain.
