For the first time the tour will consist of four stops with four disciplines: park, miniramp, dirt and pool. It’s for amateurs and pros. Each contest will have a price money of 1500 euros, plus a PlayStation® Portable for the winners in pro and a lot of free stuff for the amateurs. Last year winner Mark König will try to get the title again since the overall winner will receive 2000 euros extra!

Armin Batoumeni is taking care of the 100 contests event in Paris/Cergy on 15-17 June 2007. Another Year, another good opportunity to come and ride and take it easy. The BMX Flatland part of the 100 contests event will take place on a brand new dedicated tarmac area. There will be one zone for practice and another one for the contest.

The arrangements for the BMXMasters get up to speed and again many international a class riders have confirmed to compete in street, dirt, vert, flatland and minramp. Four german championships, four world championships and up to now – two successful Suzuki BMXMasters comps – the german bmx scene is established worldwide and pro riders from all over the world came consistently to the Cologne Jugendpark to enter the BMX competitions.
The 3 Backyard digger stops for Germany have been announced. This upcoming weekend (8-9-10 June) the Red Bull heavy equipment will visit the G-Spot in Trier to fix up the trails on the Kleeburgerweg. As part of the announcement, BMX star Steven McCann today taught a special BMX clinic at Chengaworld Brookpark to children from the Boys & Girls Club of Cleveland. The second event of the AST Dew Tour’s 2007 season, the Right Guard Open will be held at Cleveland’s North Coast Harbor.

T-Mobile now supports halls, spots and events in Austria with the T-Mobile Local Support program. Last year T-Mobile started to successfully enlarge their involvement in cycling through the BMX scene. With the Local Support program T-Mobile is trying to reach the goal of developing the regional BMX scenes as honestly and genuinely as possible. One of the first actions is the support of the Austrian spots – ahead of all the BMX halls in Vienna Due to T-Mobile’s involvement, one of the best indoor bike halls in Europe will be opened in Brunn am Gebirge / near Vienna. Location support and events are the focus for the summer 2007
