Hey, let's take the PowerBlock and make it into a street tire - easy right? Sure, if 10 months of testing and 3 mold changes is consider easy. Why the trouble? Well, as it's been a while since we developed a street tire we obsessed over the details to make sure we got it right. So the seemingly minor changes over its cousin, they actually took some major effort. But we think you'll appreciate our obsession.

The new cover of RIDEBMX reminds me of the Dover spot. It had a similar backdrop and was huge as well. Chris Childs wouldn't have had a problem jumping that giant step up in Newport Beach in the early nineties just as he makes this turndown look like a breeze. Misspellings are painful, especially when they appear on the cover of a magazine. Maxime will blow it off though. Here's what's inside issue 213 which goes on sale today.

Boy there's a lot of talking in the Pro town Greenville documentary but that's what a documentary is for. It lets the people involved explain how things started, what happened, and how things are going. This time BMX pros do the talking and for sure it's an interesting piece. Pro Town The Movie shows how things got started and how BMX-ers ruled the bars dowtown. How one shitty park in the city turned into a town with 2 killer private indoor parks, the Jaycee park, trails and many backyard ramps.
