This past weekends ABA National rounds where held in Orlando Florida. The three day race weekend turned out to be quite draining on everyones body. Its very uncommon throughout the season to race three separate race meetings over three days. Before heading off to Florida we celebrated my 22nd Birthday and yep...I definitely got spoilt :) The ABA race format for Elite Women is three heats (mottos) then a final each day. Day 1: Haro's Brooke Crain and myself battled to get the whole-shot (lead) and inside run going into turn one.
