This training camp went good until a week ago. I snapped my left knee pretty hard during a warm up exercise. No big problems right after that happened, but the next day I couldn’t walk normally because there is a little fluid in my knee joint. I already knew my meniscus is damaged a little through all these years of riding my bike and other training. I had more problems with my knees is the past, but this felt way different.
