When did you get picked up by Radio Bikes? Josh McLean: Well I actually ride for a bike shop in America called Full Tilt and the whole team runs the Radio Frames. I met Angie and Fritz Voigt in 2018, and a few months after meeting them we got to talking and came up with a plan together. I began riding for them early November 2018.
How do you like the feel and look of your bike? Josh McLean: I’ve never been one to worry about how my bike looks. I feel like I’ve never really had a bike that has been colour coordinated until now. Considering I don’t change the size of my parts often, I guess you can say it feels pretty good. I would possibly only change something once or twice a year.
Radio Bikes are a rather new brand on the racing circuit, do you get to give product feedback to
How long have you been riding for SUNN now? Manon Valentino: I ride for SUNN since 2016. I was looking to get closer to the brands I ride for and SUNN give me that. I like the fact they are in France so we can meet more often, I'm in touch regurlarly
Day 64 – Easter Sunday. It’s been a tough 9 weeks so far with huge uncertainty and massive challenges for Kai, he has been fighting all the way and is making good progress. We’re eternally grateful for the support Kai has been receiving from friends and people who know him either personally or via social media, it’s a great boost for us in these difficult times.
As a family, we have been focussed on Kai but we have realised that there are many people who feel as we do and are genuinely concerned. Updates have been hard because of the uncertainty around Kai’s condition so they have been vague in places. However, we all know Kai has always been open and honest in his social media posts even during the difficult times and we will try to do the same with the

When did you get picked up by Royalty Bikes? Renaud Blanc: 2013, since day one of the brand.
How do you like the feel and look of your bike? Renaud Blanc: The bike is the best I’ve ever ridden. It’s stiff but really smooth at the same time, and also we have a good relationship with Yvan (Lapraz) so it’s cool to discuss design and feel to be part of the
Bike Check interview time with San Diego's finest! Name: Nic Long Sponsors: Hyper Bikes, Snafu, Promax components, Tangent Products, HT components, 6D helmets, Rynopower supplements, Faith gear, Vans, Shadow Conspiracy. Mechanic: Me
How did you end up riding for Hyper bikes? Nic Long: They reached out to my dad to run a factory team, and they wanted an Elite men as well. So, Dad asked me and the deal was better than my Haro deal... so I couldn’t say no. Plus, I get to help my Dad got for another team title. Like the good ole days.
You had a signature frame at Haro which had a long rear end. What's the benefit of the long back-end? Nic Long: Idk if I’d say benefit, more so plagued haha. I almost can’t ride anything else now. It started cause I had a gate at my old house (that most had been to and tried) and It was super flat... I would have days where I would just wheelie over and over so I’d add a link, ultimately leading Derek Betcher to ask if I wanted a custom size cause my bolts were hanging off the drop outs.
How did you end up on Clayborn bikes? James Palmer: At the end of 2017 I was looking for a new brand to build a relationship with as I had no sponsor at the time. Tory had been riding for Ssquared/Answer for a few years and spoke good things about John Sawyer and crew. And I knew John owned the Clayborn brand as well but had no Pro representing them, so I contacted John about the possibility of coming on board and thankfully we were able to work out a deal!
