In recent weeks our new BMX racer, Sylvain André took part in two rounds of the US National Series where the best riders in the world met to compete again. In his first races of the season in Houston and Rock Hill, he reached the podium and won a final round!
Justin, Mitchel and I drove from Sarrians to Verona. We had a solid week of training and fun! Part 2 will be online soon.
Ooooh we're back! Extremely hyped for the weekly upload again. This week we went BMX racing with 2 of the most talented ladies to ever paddle on a bike. Elke Vanhoof who's a multiple belgian champ and 2x olympian. And then there's Aiko Gommers who's an upcoming supertalent and world champion in pumptrack. The only problem is: we're both pretty damn scared of bikes because of bad experiences haha.

This ICE ‘’RAPTOR’’ frame is made from best quality Toray T700 + T800 carbon fiber (T800 used for reinforcement). Not many brands use the T800…. The frame is molded in 2 parts and then stuck during making. The glue used is a high-quality American glue named 9432. According to the forces to which a BMX Race frame is subjected, local reinforcement must be carried out. EPS moulding technology allows us to go even further in reinforcement and finishing when manufacturing our RAPTOR frames. 3D technology is used for the design of these EPS. We use finishing EPS which are then wrapped in LATEX, allowing an optimal modling of the fiber avoiding any overlapping of it and making the internal structure of our frames perfectly wrinkled. This way fiber is perfectly oriented, transition of angles is smooth, avoiding any concentration of stresses on a specific point.This is why our frames are reliable, resulting from an optimal design.
Specific geometry:
‘’ARCH’’-type rear stays designed to be uses with a rear disc-brake caliper in Flatmount standard, which makes everything very discrete and classy. This system allows a Ø140mm brake rotor. Rear dropouts designed for a mounting with a rear Ø15mm thru-axle (Ø 15mm axle delivered with frameset ) or 10mm axle (adapters also delivered with frameset).
