The first winners of the qualifying rounds of the UCI BMX Supercross World Cup in Manchester, England did not see any sursprising winners step on the podium. The 16 highest ranked men and the 8 best ranked women battled for the time trials superfinals victory while the rest of the registered athletes competed for s spot in Sunday's main program.
It was British Cycling's own Liam Phillips (GBR) who proved to be the man to beat, not only in today's single lap time trials super
