The riders list of the 2011 rebeljam in Eindhoven, Netherlands (2-4 December) is incredible. If you love BMX, you have to do everything you can to be there. Here are a few more names that have been added to the list:

The Athlete Recovery Fund (ARF) began over three years ago with the mission to assist professionals in BMX, Skate and FMX with financial support with the costs that insurance does not cover after a severe injury. In that time we have learned a ton of information that hadto be experienced not taught. There are zero restrictions for professional athletes and adventure-related activities – likewise no costs to a member for Medjet services in time of need. . As athletes travel all over the world for competition and demos ending up in a hospitalthat doesn’t live up to the care they expect at home can be a terrifying issue.

It almost feels like Christmas, when you look at the list of names of the 28 riders, who'll travel on November 20th to Berlin for the World Cup Skateboarding Event & international BMX Contest. They all will fight in the category “Street” for a nice chunk of price money and the much sought after title. The live sound will be delivered by Incubus, Zebrahead and fiN. The earlier announced “Alkaline Trio” can´t make it due to an injury of singer Matt.

You know what's cool about the rebeljam? They're always searching for spots where the local BMX community can profit from the event, especially afterwards. Next to all the media attention and getting to see the top pro riders ride, they want the ramps to stay where the comp was held. This year the ramps are going into Pim van den Bos' 040 BMX park right across the street from where the rebeljam is going to take place. Camp Ramps have already started building and it was up to Hannu Cools to have a little test run.
