Wallride is a magazine from Spain. They're making a good product. Too bad most of the time it's about the Twenty Six brothers so there's no use to post anything here on FATBMX. This time we received a preview (in Spanish) but it had a BMX-er on the cover and content that will also show some more BMX. Check out the list and decide for yourself.
At BMX Plus! they're so far ahead that they've released the August issue of 2011 already. It's got the results of the 2011 X-Games, they know who the #1 Pro Racer of the NBL is, and they've got the full range of 2012 bikes listed. Ahhh maybe not, but they've got the following articles lined up in the newest issue that has Ricky Moseley on the cover:
Without a doubt one of the most progressive park riders around goes by the name of Kyle Baldock. The tricks he did at The Pool contest had people talking. Straight legged fronties, no-handed double backflip, flipwhip to bars, bars to flipwhip, he's on fire. So much that he was invited to join the Dew Tour for 2011 and the X-Games, plus Travis Pastrana gave him a call and asked him if he was down to film for the Nitro Circus 3D movie. If you suck, these things won't happen. Go through the pictures to see what parts Kyle runs on his Mirraco Stalag.
Today I managed to spend some time on the site changing up some background photos and I also got into the game of posting up new profile pics on the Myspace, Facebook, FB fanpage, Hyves and Twitter profiles. Be on the lookout for the new logo and get used to it. It will pop up at unexpected places. The cover of the new Ride UK popped up today as well and telling from the cover it's got the following content:
Josh Harrington isn't the smallest rider on the freestyle scene. Josh, like all of us, must have answered the question "Isn't that bike too small for you?!?" many times. But the thing is, with a few adjustments you can make your bike fit. And that extra inch on the top tube does make a big difference. Telling from the Premium rider's shredding, he does not have a problem fitting on his bike. Check the photos to see what parts he runs made to make it fit.
Simple, clean, and raw was the end goal for this collection. Keeping with the fresh approach that CVLT has taken within the BMX industry to deliver silmple and classic looking, raw finished goods with subtle features and benefits that keep them modern; we wanted to apply the same design philosophy to this collaboration. We've chosen two footwear styles that include the performance features needed for riding, but also represent today's casual styling that work well off the bike. Both shoes are wrapped in high-end black leather and use a waxed textile on accent panels for a rich look and feel.

Clean and simple, it's a look that a lot of riders go by these days. It makes packing up the bike for the next flight a lot easier. There's no need to adjust brakes or carry a socket wrench to put on the pegs. Less is more. Tom Dugan isn't the biggest guy out there but he flies higher than most on a bike that doesn't have many extreme light parts on it. It handles just fine for Dugan, one of the most stylish riders around. Check what he runs on his red T1.
After doing a BMX 'zine for ten years (1987 - 1996) FATBMX made it on the internet. The year was 1998. Here to stay.
