After a little break during this summer to relax and take another 10 years of motivation, Soul is back with its 72th issue including a lot of summer tours: THE MAKE street France, DELUXE trails ride France, FLY bowl rides Portugal, AMITY indoor park ride UK, and Carhartt takes it to the appartment.
The cover of RIDE UK got released today. Looks good to me. We're going over the info on the cover to inform you what's inside. The mag hasn't arrived yet so let's hope it all made it in. On the cover: Leon Perkins. “101 things to do in Skem before you die” Northern John was on hand to capture Leon whipping this bridge support structure in Skelmersdale.
TSG sent over this Kraken helmet which on the outside looks like any normal skate lid. But there's something going on on the inside. I've heard people say that there is no helmet that fits them. They would ride with one, if they could find one that molds around their head. Those people who recognize what I just wrote need to check out the TSG Kraken helmet. It lost some of its appeal, and it doesn’t
We'll take you through the contents list of the new issue of RIDE BMX (USA). Stacked November issue. Here's what's inside:
With all the roadtrips that have taken place last month RIDE have gone for a bit of a road-trip theme this issue. The main three bangers are the Etnies / Blackout trip, The Haro Team UK road-trip and the Cult Federal UK Summer Tour. Issue 156 has also got Soul Mag’s Garden Party, A few brief moments with Luke Towey, a massive Stay Strong WWWin package, both Chase DeHart and Dennis Enarson’s Pro Bike Checks, Room 101 with Cory Nastazio, WTFs with Richie Lee-Haigh and Chad Osburn, and loads of other goodness from the month. The Etnies / Blackout crew travelled through Colarado, Utah and California on a 10 day whirlwind trip. They saw rainbows in the desert, Tommy Dugan kills just about every concrete bowl in sight, Nathan Williams dropped a switch backwards crooked to indian on a legit handrail, and even Walter Pieringer backflipping the mega ramp.
After doing a BMX 'zine for ten years (1987 - 1996) FATBMX made it on the internet. The year was 1998. Here to stay.
