Lenneke @ Rockitpromotions found our adress again and sent us this CD: I'm "Down" with these "Kids", this album is one of the best I heard this year. I'm not the only one that likes it very much, on our way to France it was a welcome break from the Johnny Cash songs and no complaints by any in the Van when the CD was on repeat for a couple of times.

Songs like: 110%, Red Lights, Luck comes Easy are so good that you think you heard it 100 times before and "A Kid Called Down" must be in some BMX dvd cause it sounds very familiar. We will hear a lot from "Kid Down" in the future, at least I hope we do.

Yo Yo Yooo!! New BMX Plus! magazine is out. The June issue has got the following to offer: Russell Reyes on the cover and Nate Powell gets the contents spread. We've told you before that Plus! covers people you normally don't hear about. Is Spinner still typing up that e-mail or is he hooked on Myspace? Inside Scoop gives you the BMX news from a few months back. It's hard for the magazines to keep up with the internet. Cool pics of a 10 year old Bubba and Mike Day stylin'at the age of 10. Pro race news still comes from a retired Dale Homes. Mail gets answered before Plus! takes you to the 6-page Adio road trip. 3 race complete bikes get tested: Intense - GT - Free Agent. Man I hate it when they don't listen. I asked for less pages so I can finish reading the mag but RIDE BMX's May 2007 issue is a heavy weight at 188 pages. We've joked around that some BMX magazines can be read in one crap session on the toilet where RIDE (UK) is definitely reading material for the longest plane ride you can imagine. It  wasn't hard to spot Ryan Nyquist at the dirt session in Grevenbroich. Tobias Wicke got presented his wethepeople signature Frame last Friday. It's called the Elektro like his signature bars and features the latest tricks in saving weight. Tobi explained that he wanted to have the double - triple cable guides underneath the top tube and was stoked on the way it came out. For other details of the frame he directed us to Harry Schmid at wethepeople. Wicke had no clue how long the top tube is but  the product development part of wethepeople knows, and he fully trusts them.
