Great cover on the new Freedom mag. You should have been there to get the right feeling when this HARO show took place in Cologne at the world's. Nothing short of amazing it was. Ron Wilkerson gets the cover and here's what's inside of the new issue:

Eastpak doesn't stand still. They're developing their bags constantly and keep up with the latest trends in fashion. The Core Collection is a series of bags that withstands the rough life of being on the road with a band. It's not always glamour spending all night rides in a stinky van that is too small for the band members, the drums and their guitars on the way to the next gig. Maybe a free MP3 helps kill the time in the van. It comes FREE with some of the Core bags shown here.
The shape of our new Nicholson saddle is pure ‘70s perfection. Think Brooks, Unicanitor and of course Sella Italia’s legendary Turbo. In 20 years we think our Nicholson saddle in lumberjack plaid, golden wallpaper and embossed filigree will be as highly praised as any of these great seats that came before it. Like the cherished Unicanitor seat on my old Windsor track bike, the Nicholson features an injection-molded nylon pan with 7mm solid chromoly rails.
At the end of last week, Techno Nankai brought their new product. A 9 teeth driver to run a 1/2" x 3/32" chain (Thin one as BMX race, MTB or road bicycles). We are sure that new product will satisfy all the Nankai users to upgrade their freecoaster. The set is available for the K-Type model (for the 10CKW steel shell and 100AKA alloy shell freecoaster). The use of thinner chain save 50 to 100 grams according our test with khe or shimano chains (it still depends on chain models and length).

Nike likes to keep things fresh. Maybe not so much in shoe models, but at least the colours of the existing shoes change every few months. To be honest, the shoes don't need much changing as they've proven to do a good job for the (team) riders. Look what NIKE has in store for you this upcoming winter.
After doing a BMX 'zine for ten years (1987 - 1996) FATBMX made it on the internet. The year was 1998. Here to stay.
