On the 12th of February the 5th annual Cam Jam took place at Cameron White's private dirt facility in Australia. It's an event that takes place right after the Red Bull Dirt Pipe which is good planning because a lot of Dirt riders are "in town". Among them, from the United States of America,
James Foster, Mike "Hucker" Clark, Anthony Napolitan and
Brandon Dosch. Now Cam's jumps aren't your regular trails, his doubles are humonguous. Have you ever hit an 8 feet high take-off and cleared a 30 feet gap? Airtime for certain. The riders themselves acted like judges and had a few awards to give out.
The Best trick comp was a battle between
Brandon Dosch's triple whip transfer,
Jed Mildon's double loop, and an opposite whip to double tailwhip by
James Foster. The last two had to split the cash as it was impossible for the boys to make a decision on what was better. The overall King of the Hill title went to
Mike "Hucker" Clark with
Josh Stead winning the style award once again. The event is all about Dirt and keeps pushing the level of what's humanly possible on the BMX
