When you travel to a festival to ride a miniramp contest and then the contest doesn't happen because the organizers couldn't get the funds together, you could do a few things. One of them is just enjoy your time at the beach. But seriously, it sucks because people had expectations of doing well and making a few bucks, and then nothing happens.
Pro finals start at noon on Saturday over in San Diego at the Mission Valley YMCA park. Loads of great pro riders have met up in San Diego for this contest. Here are the qualifying results which were held on Friday:
