Some of you might know him as the loud one, some will know him as a caretaker. We all know this guy knows how to enjoy his weekends, but most of all he has been a very successful BMX team manager for Vans. He has put together one of the most respected teams out there, with a greater variety of riders then most. He takes care of his riders like they were his own kids and manages to get them on covers on a monthly basis, worldwide. With all this said, let's find out what "Bad boy" Badders is really all about.

Well after 353245 late night hours the new Albes.com is up and running. For the most part it works pretty much the same it's just a way different look. While we were messing around under the hood we added a few cool features. One new feature is the ability to create "Wish Lists" of all your favorite products to save and / or e-mail to somebody you may be able to sucker into buying the stuff for you.
In order to celebrate the move, we threw a grand opening party on April 14th. About a hundred people showed up on a sunny Saturday afternoon to check out the new shop. We had free drinks/snacks, a ton of special offers and there was also a 50€ gift certificate up for grabs for whoever could guess the exact weight of our infamous tandem BMX-bike. Stephan Goetz out of Regensburg came out as the lucky winner. Congratulations! Later in the afternoon everyone ventured over to the Lohhof skate park, which is a mere five minute bike-ride away from the shop. The park got pretty crowded, but the sesh still had a nice chill atmosphere and everyone found enough room to ride. The riding that went down was awesome and it was good to see a lot of younger kids shred the course together with all the locals from Munich (Perry Petermueller, the Wildner bros, Flotho, Daniel Tinhof, Ed Steen and Philip Koelsch). The day ended with a free bar-b-q and more free drinks. Thanks to everyone for coming out and making a grand opening a fun day! It’s greatly appreciated!
