In the next 10 days we’re going to tell you a bit about our trip to the USA which started this morning by getting up at 6am. There was only one day to catch up on e-mails, celebrate the wife’s B-day and pack the bag for the next trip. Getting to bed at 2am meant that I only got 4 hours of sleep last night. With a rough weekend behind me (rebeljam) I was gambling that this would serve me well to get some sleep on the first flight from Amsterdam to Philly.
