We can all agree this Covid-19 situation sucks. And staying home is the best thing you can do right now. BUT! Staying home does NOT mean sit on your couch and stare at your phone. I have had a workout routine the past 3 years that has helped me becoming a better BMX rider, preventing injuries and most of all staying in good shape.

From what I have read competing at FISE Montpellier in 2019 was like a ‘completing the circle’ moment for you: Is this how it felt?
Anthony Jeanjean: It was a very intense moment for me because I discovered BMX freestyle at FISE de Montpellier 10 years ago and my first competition was at FISE de Montpellier; so finding myself in the BMX Park Pro final 10 years later was incredible for me.
