Happy New Year! Maybe a few days late, but The 900 Shop in Belgium held the first jam of the year 2014 at its own park in Eksel. Peter Geys hosted the jam and invited everyone to come ride. Several sessions were set up starting off with a 4-6 year old group, followed by a two hour session for the 7-10 year old riders. In case you did not know, Peter teaches kids how to ride BMX and has around 80 riders signed up for lessons at his park. That's incredible and a good thing to build on the foundation of BMX for the future. All these kids got their session in at the New Year's jam without having to snake the big boys.

The 900 Shop team riders put on a show at 19:00hrs for the kids who were still around. A little street section was added to the park and Kevin van Leeuwen used this part the most as he likes to ride street. Fausto Cesario, Gwen Geyskens, Bram de Laat, Niels Mertens and the Bike Devil himself sessioned the park and

When you're setting up an area at the pits and want people to come over, you can do a couple of things. 1. handing out free stickers always works. 2. Free beer does the job. 3. Bring a product that nobody has seen and everybody wants to see. 4. Bring girls.

I'm not sure if they had beer, stickers or new products to show at the SE booth in France, but for sure they brought some girls. Did they look hot enough to get people over?
