Brandon Dosch really seems to deserve the title of the BMX shooting star 2009. The 20 years old from Lake Origon won last weekend¹s BIG IN BAVARIA dirt jump competition at the BIKE EXPO trade show in Munich, Germany, last weekend. He earned himself with a big bag of stunning tricks and lots of consistency 9,500.00 US Dollars in cash. Brandon's fellow countryman TJ Ellis placed second, followed by the German rookie Simon Moratz. The weather conditions on Saturday didn't make it easy for the riders:

The Bike Expo is a new bicycle trade show in Munich that goes straight against the Eurobike show in Friedrichshafen. Basically it takes over where the IFMA has left but it's a bit earlier in the year so this was a chance for companies to show their 2010 stuff already before the industry travels to Friedrichshafen in a couple of weeks. Finding the BMX booths is always the goal at the trade shows and the catalog only showed two BMX companies: Stereo Bikes and Allride Distribution. Both had a booth outside.
