Inspired by decorated BMX rider Ty Morrow, the shoe that originally introduced the now-synonymous Sidestripe to Vans back in 1977 gets a toe-cap update and BMX-specific refresh. The new Old Skool Pro BMX, designed specifically for BMX riders, celebrates pioneering freestyle rider Ty Morrow and his dedication to innovation as a Vans athlete since 2007. “The opportunity to have a signature shoe colorway through Vans has been something I’ve dreamt of since the day I got on Vans,” said Morrow, on the occasion.
