We don't really celebrate or do Halloween over here in Holland. But the last couple of years it's actually on people's program. It's another reason to throw a party, get crazy or organize a BMX jam. The dressing up part is the good thing about it and this weekend it's on at different locations. Ryan Guettler sent in a photo which gives his creation away just a little bit. I'm sure he'll look scary once the 31st of October hits. Ed Polio wanted to make sure everyone knows about his halloween jam too: "We are having a Halloween Jam/ Party on Saturday at 1pm at the Ben Soto Skate Park on Staten Island. Come down rain or shine."www.ghbnyc.com Other jams/contests starting this Saturday: 2009/10/30 - Halloween Allnighter 2009/10/31 - 5th Annual Biketoberfest 2009/10/31 - Escondido BMX Contest 2009/10/31 - Vibrations Urbaines Pessac 2009 2009/10/31 - FreestyleFestival 2009/10/31 - Timo(halloween)JAM
Halloween tomorrow and we've already got a dressed up girl on the BMX bike today. An FBM bike actually but it's not as dirty as you think it might be. Susan was afraid it was too PG rated to make it on FATBMX's Friday Pin Up section but she's on a BMX bike and she actually rides. Wonder Warthog? Super Woman? Mega Mindy? Whatever the costume is, she made it to today's pin-up section.
The new 2010 Redline jerseys have just arrived in SBS warehouses - and are available from your local bike shop or from BikeThreads.com. The Flight jersey is a brand new graphic design, and features new looser jersey cuffs. This jersey matches great with Redline pants, or any brand of pant in red, white and black. It'll make you look fast just standing still in staging!
