Update on Michael "Vinny" Vincent - The road to China

Mar 31, 2009
Just to let you know that we are heading to China very soon. Michael's admission date is June 3rd. We need your help in spreading the attached flier to anyone and everyone! I have contacted a couple newspapers to see if they would do a human interest story. Maybe someone knows a tv station that would pick up the story??

We have had to swallow all pride and ask that people help us raise the $40K needed for the treatments. We cannot pass up the opportunity to restore Michael's vision. A benefit bike ride/raffle is being held in Los Angeles this Sunday, with all proceeds going to the Michael J. Vincent Fund. We're hoping for a huge success. Friends of Michaels at American Windows, in Fairfax, are planning a car wash (or other fundraiser) to help out. I know that times are difficult for everyone, so I can only hope that you can pass along this information in hopes that people can help out.

Mar 31, 2009
Not sure about where you live but the sun has been out since yesterday and the forecast is looking great! Saturday is going to be an amazing day with 90% sunshine and 10% chances of rain, and a whopping 18 degrees! If that doesn't get you in the right mood for the Mini-FAT-JAM, you're having some serious problems with yourself. 4 other BMX events are taking place that weekend but the last jam at the Sugar Hills is the only one that's outdoors. And with this spring weather, who wants to be indoors? BBQ, Sunshine, a topless
