Nike 6.0 has teamed up with Beat Gasoline to encourage youth to use the power of sport to beat gasoline. Gasoline itself isn’t the enemy. The enemy is its use. The Nike 6.0 BMX team is fighting global gasoline consumption by doing what they love: riding bikes. Not only does riding a bike reduce impact on the environment, the world is more interesting behind bars. Bikes, beer and some bitches. That was the spirit of Vladdie's Birthdayjam! In the middle of nowhere ''Vlissingen polder'' on an old trailerpark the locals built some nice dirtlines. The weather was pretty nice and so as the riding locals and gast rider of al places from the country jamming for fun. The locals build an pretty technical line. You got a quater to air and get speed for the step down to step up. After that a litle drop and three dirtjumps. The development and construction work for the BMX Worlds 2009 presented by ROCKSTAR Energy Drink from July 10th-12th in Cologne’s Jugendpark are in full swing! Even in this year spielbetrieb-manager Peter Jandt and the camp-ramps-team are about to build a street course that is going to tell it’s own tale. 15 men are working 10 hours everyday in 10 days to built up a design of a world champion street course with a total area of 1575 sqm. 1.500 sqm for driving covered plates made of wood are going to be

During last weekends European Championships rounds 13&14 in Cheddar (UL), Formula Europe’s Rihards Veide proved to be back in full shape after his injury earlier this season. Rihards took 2nd place in Junior Men in both rounds. Also Niklas Laustsen is back after his injury and made it the semis both days. In the Elite Men category, Edzus Treimanis is riding consistently making finals. He took a 6th on Saturday. Edzus is now in ranked 6th and with 2 more rounds to go,
